Starwood Land has announced that four Houston-area builders will offer homes in the 933-acre, master-planned community of Emberly in Fort Bend County: Lennar, LGI Homes, Tricoast Homes and DSLD Homes.
Upon completion, Emberly will include approximately 2,000 new houses. Homes are expected to hit the market this summer, with prices ranging from $200,000 to $500,000. Homes in the first phase of construction will be designed for 40- and 45-foot lots. Upon completion, Emberly will include approximately 2,000 new houses.
“We’re excited to bring this caliber of builders to Emberly,” said Starwood Land Vice President Brian Stidham. “These are proven builders who know how to cost-effectively deliver today’s must-have features in a home. We expect prospective homeowners will find plenty to choose from.”
The community is Starwood Land’s fourth Houston-area project to open within the past 18 months, following Sunterra, Marvida and Cypress Green.
