Perry Homes opened a model home in Stewart Heights, a new neighborhood in Woodforest, a Johnson Development master-planned community in Montgomery.

The model showcases features of the builder’s floor plans for homes on 50-foot lots. These homes will range from 2,100 to 3,400 square feet and include kitchen islands, home offices, game rooms, covered patios and expansive primary suites. Prices will start in the mid-$400,000s.

Perry Homes will also offer floor plans for 40-foot homesites. These designs will range from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet and are priced from the $350,000s.

“It’s always exciting to see what Perry Homes does,” Virgil Yoakum, senior vice president and general manager of Woodforest, said in a press release. “They really have their pulse on what modern homeowners want and need. This model is no exception, and we can’t wait for potential Woodforest residents to see it.”
