The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) named Bridgeland, a master-planned community from The Howard Hughes Corporation, its Master Planned Community of the Year at The Nationals 2024 awards gala, held last week in Las Vegas.

“We are honored for Bridgeland to be recognized as Master Planned Community of the Year by national industry leaders at NAHB,” Jim Carman, president of Howard Hughes’ Houston Region, said in a press release. “This recognition speaks to the exceptional quality of life, abundant amenities and variety of housing options that Bridgeland offers as it continues to emerge as both a dynamic residential and commercial hub for all of Northwest Houston.”

NAHB previously named Bridgeland a Master Planned Community of the Year in 2009. The community was also recently named the No. 5 top-selling master-planned community in the country in 2023 by real estate consulting firm RCLCO.
