Sienna, a master-planned community from Johnson Development in Missouri City, opened two new amenities: the Sawmill Event Pavilion and Sawmill Beach Club.

The 3,841-square-foot pavilion features a ballroom with patios overlooking Sawmill Lake, as well as a meeting room and kitchen, with architecture and interior design by Ryan Eshelman with GSB Architects and Thiel & Team, respectively.

“We envision a wide variety of uses for the pavilion, from family reunions to wedding showers,” Sienna General Manager Alvin San Miguel said in a press release. “In addition to personal resident use, Sienna’s lifestyle team will also hold planned activities for residents there.”

Meanwhile, the beach club includes a resort-style pool, splash pad, playground, zipline and fire pits. The pool at the Sawmill Beach Club is the fourth in Sienna.
