Partners in Building began sales in Sienna, a master-planned community in Fort Bend County.

The builder will offer 12 homes ranging in size from 2,500 to 7,500 square feet on 100-foot lots. All 12 homes will be located in Sienna’s new luxury home enclave, known as Estates at Summerhouse Lake of Sienna. Prices will start at $1.1 million.

A model home displaying the builder’s Plan 16266 is currently under construction at 2015 Crown Lake Drive. The model spans 4,861 square feet and includes five bedrooms, a game room/bar, butler’s pantry and three-car garage, as well as a covered porch and covered patio on the exterior.
