Several Houston-area builders and developers earned awards at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference (PCBC) Golden Nugget Awards, which were held last month at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

Among the top Houston-area award winners was Highland Homes, which won Best Single-Family Detached Home — 4,000 to 7,500 Square Feet for The Marcello at Fields Brookside in Frisco. Meristem Communities also took home a Golden Nugget award for Best On-the-Boards Site Plan for Indigo in Richmond.

Additionally, The NRP Group ended the night with an Award of Merit, PCBC’s honorable mention award, for Multifamily Housing Community — 20 to 30 Dwelling Units per Acre for Corsair in Grand Prairie.
