Construction is underway on The Joy Hub, a nearly 5-acre recreation complex in the master-planned community of Jubilee.

The first phase of construction will include an 11,000-square-foot pool, a coworking lounge and a 7,200-square-foot event lawn with a food truck station. SWA Group and Studio Red will serve as part of the design team for both phases of development for The Joy Hub, although details for phase two have not yet been announced.

“Jubilee is built around the concept of wellness, with zones specific to connection, exploration, inspiration and reflection found throughout the community,” June Tang, vice president and general manager of Jubilee, said in a press release. “Each of our larger amenities will be designed to embrace one of these concepts, and The Joy Hub will be all about connection.”
