Tricoast Homes unveiled a model home and opened sales at La Segarra, a master-planned community in Pattison.

The builder is offering seven floor plans on 40-foot lots. Pricing ranges from $264,990 to $315,990.

La Segarra features design elements inspired by the Spanish countryside, including Spanish architecture, walking trails and ponds. Plans for the 215-acre community include family-friendly amenities.
