YouTuber and real estate agent Kyler Ferris is once again affiliated with eXp Realty. Ferris returns to eXp with Ferris Realty, a 45-agent, Conroe-based team that had a sales volume of $164 million in 2024.

Ferris previously joined eXp in 2023, then departed to launch his independent brokerage. Ferris rejoins with Joe Rodriguez, founder of the Original Living in Houston Team, as his sponsor, and Dan Beer as his co-sponsor.

“We didn’t want to give up our brand identity,” Jason Mayo, director of operations at Ferris Realty, said in a press release. “eXp’s model lets us keep the Ferris Realty brand while gaining the infrastructure and scale we needed.”

The team plans to utilize a YouTube-based model, converting leads from video content.

“We call this Ferris Realty 3.0,” Mayo added. “We’ve mastered the backend, the lead flow is exploding and now, with eXp’s support, we’re ready to scale nationwide.”
