Sales are underway at Magnolia Woods, LGI Homes’ recently announced master-planned community in the Houston suburb of Magnolia.
The community will include homes from both LGI and Terrata Homes, plus a slate of amenities like a pool, splash pad, dog park and walking trails.
“Bringing Magnolia Woods to market signals an exciting step in the evolution of our neighborhood development,” Pat Vedra, regional vice president for LGI Homes, said in a press release. “The scale and planning we’ve poured into Magnolia Woods, collectively, will deliver a unique lifestyle for our homeowners.”
LGI’s residential offerings at Magnolia Woods will include seven one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,076 to 2,174 square feet, with three to four bedrooms. Pricing begins at $259,000.
Terrata Homes, meanwhile, will offer four floor plans ranging from 2,348 to 3,101 square feet with four to five bedrooms. Homes will feature covered back patios, mudroom entries, built-ins and KitchenAid appliances. Pricing starts at $529,900.
Upon completion, the Magnolia Woods will be home to approximately 1,200 households.
