LGI Homes unveiled five new floor plans for Lago Mar, a master-planned community in Texas City.

The builder’s new offerings at Lago Mar range from 1,621 to 2,198 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two to 2.5 bathrooms. Pricing starts at $289,000.

The homes feature LGI’s new CompleteHome package, which includes Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinets and crown molding, MOEN faucets, MOHAWK laminated wood flooring and WiFi-enabled thermostats.

Lago Mar residents have access to amenities like a crystal lagoon, recreation center, pool, playground, splash pad and hiking and biking trails.
