Nan and Company Properties is now the exclusive Texas brokerage partner for Weber Development and Slyce Properties, two New Orleans-based firms.

Slyce is known for preservation and redevelopment projects, while its parent company, Weber, develops residential and commercial projects in the Gulf area. Nan and Company will now represent both companies’ portfolios, which include projects in the French Quarter, Central Business District and Warehouse District.

The partnership means that Nan and Company’s clientele in Houston and Texas will gain direct access to the second-home market in New Orleans.
