There’s a new boutique master-planned community coming to town! According to a press release from Coventry Homes, homes in the new community, located in Escondido just north of Magnolia on FM 1774, will be priced from the low $300,000s.

The builder is currently taking a waitlist, called Coventry’s VIP program, for interested buyers. Members of the VIP program will have the opportunity to purchase a new home in the community before sales open to the general public, as well as a $3,000 buyer allowance. Those registering will also be among the first to receive information about sales, floor plans and incentives.

“Homes are selling like hotcakes in the Houston area,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Coventry Homes, in the release. “Signing up for our VIP program gives buyers the opportunity to secure a gorgeous, ‘Eco Smart’ Coventry home in a beautiful community before anyone else does.”

Residents of the new community will be able to enjoy amenities such as catch-and-release fishing in the community lake, a shaded pavilion, a large park and a children’s playground.

More details, including floor plans and groundbreaking information, are yet to be announced.
