The Howard Hughes Corporation announced last week that homesites are now for sale in Creekland Village, the fourth and final residential village in the master-planned community of Bridgeland.

Creekland Village will join Prairieland Village in the northwest corner of Bridgeland. The newest village spans nearly 2,300 acres and contains approximately 3,000 home sites, as well as 40 acres of commercial space.

Builders for the homesites include Beazer Homes, Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Gehan Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes and Westin Homes. Homesites in Creekland Village start at $290,000.

“We are proud to continue our partnership with some of Houston’s top-rated homebuilders who understand the needs of current and future Bridgeland residents,” said senior vice president of MPC Residential for The Howard Hughes Corporation, Steve Sams. “Howard Hughes remains deeply committed to creating forward-thinking, environmentally sustainable master planned communities, and Creekland will embody that philosophy.”

The master-planned community, which falls under Waller Independent School District, additionally has plans for multiple private and public schools that will be located within the villages.
