Jubilee, a master-planned community in Hockley, announced it will include several enhanced wellness features in every home.
Features will include a fresh-air intake and a MERV 1-rated whole-home media filter to improve air quality, as well as a reverse-osmosis filtration system to improve water quality in the kitchen. The standard lighting package will also include circadian rhythm lighting and an automation panel.
“Advances over the past few years have given builders better tools when it comes to air quality, water quality and more,” Jubilee Marketing Director Haley Peck said in a press release. “Given that we spend a significant portion of our lives indoors, we are excited to offer some of these health-minded options as standard features in every Jubilee home.”
Additional smart features in Jubilee homes will include smart thermostats, smart locks, video doorbells, window prewiring for blackout shades and prewiring for security panels.
“We’re excited about the entire wellness concept of Jubilee, including offering enhanced features that will be standard rather than options in homes,” said Jeff Dye, president of Newmark Homes, one of Jubilee’s builders. “We are happy to be partnering on another groundbreaking project.”
