Specialized in creating ways to get clients approved to purchase real estate throughout all 50 states, Reginald Jones is a wholesale mortgage broker with NEXA Mortgage. Working with over 200 lenders, Jones is able to help customers who consistently hear “no” finally receive a “yes.” He also recently created the Real Estate Loan Advisors team to assist other real estate professionals in growing their businesses. “I teach loan officers and Realtors how to increase their pay on nearly every deal,” he explains. “Because I actually care for other people’s needs, I am able to offer guidance.”

In the industry for 15 years, Jones remembers how he used to admire different homes while he worked installing cable, which jump-started his interest in real estate. Later, as a real estate investor, he owned a trucking company before he began writing mortgages. He credits his success today to having that diverse experience and the desire to help other people succeed. “I focus on helping others build their brand,” he says. “When one does well, we all do well.”

Recognized for his knowledge, work ethic and patience, Jones receives new leads from Realtors, as well as through Facebook. Helping clients with prequalifications and consultations, he is known as the “Weekend Warrior” because he works nights and weekends when the banks are closed. “I provide a level of service that compares to no one,” he insists. “I lay out the red carpet and put on white gloves.”

NEXA Mortgage presented Jones the Broker Volume Home Possible Rise Award for 2022-23. With the tagline ‘Faster, Easier, Cheaper Mortgage,’ he recently helped a client get approved within one day. When he actually finds some downtime, he loves watching movies and taking walks next to the lake.
