Jose and Moire Torres took over ownership of Century 21 Tevas Real Estate, which is now known as Century 21 Republic. The Pearland-based office is located at 2505 S. Park Ave, Suite B.

Co-owner and Broker Jose Torres is a United States Navy veteran with 25 years of expertise in finance, residential and commercial real estate and project management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and two master’s degrees in business administration and finance from Tulane University.

Co-owner, Office Manager and Realtor Moire Torres is a former teacher with additional experience in entrepreneurial endeavors and leadership roles. She has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and a Master’s in recreation program management from the University of North Texas.

Together, the husband-and-wife team are skilled in both operational leadership, relationship building and community outreach.
