Marie Gilbert and the Marie Gilbert Team, including her sons Nicholas and Chase Fabling and niece Sarah Taylor, have joined Compass. The team reportedly generates approximately $50 million in annual sales.

Gilbert was previously with REMAX for 30 years.

“REMAX has been an important part of my career, and I have tremendous gratitude for the relationships and business I’ve built there,” Gilbert said in a press release. “Our business continues to evolve, and Compass offers the technology, marketing resources, collaboration and national network that align with where we are today and where we want to go next.”

The Marie Gilbert Team will continue to work with both buyers and sellers across the Houston area, with plans to expand its outreach and property marketing efforts.

“This is about building on what already works while creating greater opportunities for our clients and our team,” Gilbert added. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built, and I’m excited about what comes next. A move like this has to be meaningful. Compass gives us the resources and reach to move forward with intention.”
