A former airline pilot, Jared Anthony continues to reach for the sky in his real estate career as an agent at NEXTHOME Realty Center. “I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit,” he says. Anthony not only serves the Houston market, but he also works with clients statewide. He believes that as a Realtor, he shouldn’t limit his opportunities to just one specific area.
One of the reasons Anthony loves real estate so much is that “real estate gives me the freedom to be myself, work for myself and set my own standards of customer service so that my clients receive the best service possible.”
Anthony welcomes clients regardless of their budget, buying, selling or leasing. Alongside his fellow NEXTHOME Agents, or “NEXTHOMIES,” and his broker, Gayla Skates, his clients receive the highest level of customer service. “My greatest feeling of accomplishment is when I find homes and financing for buyers who wouldn’t have qualified for a property otherwise,” he says, adding that this year, he’s most proud of having found a builder who was willing to meet the VA’s guidelines in order to get a disabled veteran and his family into a new home.
Ranking among the top agents at NEXTHOME for June 2017, Anthony also earned a spot in the RE/MAX Executive Club in 2014, the RE/MAX 100% Club in 2016, Houston’s Top 100 Honors in Real Estate and, most recently, the NEXTHOME Realty Center Award of Excellence for 2017. “I truly believe that the structured environment of my airline background has truly pushed me to be a better person and a better agent,” he says of his success. “I’ll stop at nearly nothing to make sure my client’s needs are fully met.”
Jared made the switch to NEXTHOME in April 2017 in part to NEXTHOME’s “fresh approach” to real estate. NEXTHOME is a progressive real estate franchise with consumer-focused technology and marketing, making this a great fit for Jared and his clients.
Anthony is a member of the National Hispanic Professional Organization and volunteers with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. When he’s not working, he enjoys cooking, watching movies, being with his dogs, and of course, flying.
