Jacci Kilgore
President
Jacci & Company, Inc.
RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring

Jacci Kilgore provides nothing less than concierge level service. As president of Jacci & Company at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring, she brings her 23 years of experience in real estate to buyers and sellers in the North Houston area.

Prior to becoming an agent, Kilgore worked in personal investment portfolio management, a career background that gives her a clear advantage when guiding clients through a real estate transaction. “For most clients, a home is the largest investment in their personal portfolios,” Kilgore says. “Consumers benefit from working with an agent who has that expertise and market savvy.”

Highly-acclaimed by both clients and RE/MAX, Kilgore was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2003, before becoming a member of the Platinum Club in 2008, and the Chairman’s Club in 2015. In 2014 and 2015, she ranked among the Top 100 in Texas while also earning a spot among the Top 20 Agents in Houston.

Along with her financial acumen, she attributes her success in part to her attention to detail, negotiation and communication skills, and inventiveness when seeking solutions for her clients and marketing properties. “We have developed a multi-pronged, targeted approach to marketing properties that’s individually designed for each property,” she says.

“We use high-quality photography and graphics along with SEO strategies to increase web visibility and traffic. We still believe in direct mail marketing, too,” she adds. “Glossy oversized postcards still work well!”

After Hurricane Harvey, Kilgore used her network to help her clients find the services they needed. “I’ve built personal business relationships with my clients,” she says. Kilgore also supports Texas Sentinels Foundation and Montgomery County Meals on Wheels. She is a member of The Woodlands Economic Development Partnership, Houston Relocation Professionals and Women’s Council of Realtors.

Indulging her passions for hospitality and organic gardening, Kilgore and her husband Paul bought a small acreage property just outside of The Woodlands last year and are creating Blue Moon Farm, a working, organic micro-farm that will eventually feature a bed and breakfast as well. “It’s complete with greenhouses and chickens that lay blue eggs!” she says.
