A mortgage lender for 14 years, Jason Holter is the branch manager at Premier Nationwide Lending. He and his team of originators serve clients within the Houston, Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City and Pearland markets. Offering a variety of loans including FHA, Conventional Fixed Rate, Adjustable Rate, VA, Jumbo and Rural Housing, Holter works with both new and experienced homebuyers, ensuring that they understand the transaction at every stage and always feel comfortable asking questions. “We try and make the loan process as efficient and easy on the client as possible,” he says.

This year, Holter closed over $30 million in mortgage loans, and funded over $5 million in a single month. For the second year in a row, his branch funded over $100 million despite the effects of Hurricane Harvey. Holter took an active role in helping clients who were affected by the storm.

Holter has received numerous accolades.In 2016, he was recognized by National Professional Mortgage magazine as one of the Top 40 to Watch. That same year, he placed second companywide for loan volume, first in his branch for volume, and within the top 1 percent of originators in the country. In 2017, he once again ranked in the top 1 percent of originators, and also ranked third in the company for loan volume, and first in the branch for units.

Holter is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce. He supports multiple organizations and initiatives including Big Brothers Big Sisters, drug and alcohol rehab facilities, medical research programs, food drives and school supply collections.
