Chad Ray, broker-owner of C.R. Realty, has 17 years of experience in real estate, covering the Houston metro area with an emphasis on Katy. Ray’s biggest accomplishment this past year was growing his team from nine agents to 35. As a result of tripling the agent count at his Katy office, which opened 14 months ago, he also tripled the number of completed transactions, closing 124 in 2018.

A big supporter of the community, he volunteers on two Katy-area homeowner association boards in neighborhoods where he owns homes. He also participates in the Katy Leadership’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s and partners with the Alzheimer’s Association’s Houston and Southeast Texas chapters.

Putting to use his extensive social media training, Ray has a solid online following, providing him the ideal platform to advertise listings and real estate activity. He promotes his team’s listings on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using professional photography, aerial drone photos and videos.

Outside work, Ray’s favorite hobby is motocross. “I love me some dirt bikes,” he says. “When I take some time off, you can find me at one of the local motocross tracks with my son.”
