With 15 years of experience in custom new-home construction and real estate, Cathy Craig joined Bernstein Realty in 2015 as a Realtor and has been the company’s top producer since 2017.
Craig’s extensive background in new construction and sales of luxury homes, both new and resale, has contributed to her success at Bernstein Realty. Through these roles, she gained valuable experience in every aspect of buying, selling and leasing properties. She has even handled lot sales, foreclosures and relocation services while mastering the art of design, home staging and negotiating deals.
“It is my duty to represent clients in all aspects of the process, and to be an essential advocate and resource for them — even after the transaction has closed,” she says. Craig helps clients buy, sell or lease homes in all areas and all price ranges. “I have a true passion for real estate. My clients’ satisfaction is a top priority.”

Craig is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, signifying documented sales performance in the top 10 percent of her market. “I am available to clients 24/7, and able to educate and advise them during every step of the home buying or selling process,” Craig says. While being Bernstein Realty’s 2019, 2018 and 2017 Top Producer, Craig has also received many monthly awards for her success in buying, selling and leasing with the company. She has also been an “Achievement of Excellence Award” winner since 2016, making her one of the top five producers in the company in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Craig also received the honor of 2014 Custom Salesperson of the Year from the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Craig has lived in Houston for the past 29 years. She and her husband, Shayne, have three children.
