Angie Davis always has clients’ best interests at heart. “I help them understand the importance of investing well, so they can build equity over time,” says Davis, a Realtor with Re/Max 5 Star Realty. “Because of that, I tend to work with repeat and referral clients.”
Davis assists first-time homebuyers, investors and commercial clients in Deer Park, Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood, Pearland and the surrounding areas. She understands the value proposition of living in those communities because she has resided in Houston for 23 years. To help clients obtain top dollar for their homes, she recommends necessary updates, rounds up estimates from contractors and raises the bar on pricing if comps and updates back up the value.
“It’s more than just helping and guiding them in making the biggest, most financial investment of their lives, it’s also creating a long-term friendship,” Davis says. She leads a team of two agents, Haley Brotherton and Paige Potter, and has a transaction coordinator, Dustin Curlee, and assistant, Ysenia Zamora. “By having a team, it allows us to be there for clients all the time,” she says. “If one person is not available, we step in to make sure the client is taken care of.”
A member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Producers, she holds a degree in business management with a major in international business from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Davis worked for Wells Fargo Financial for three years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. “I knew I had a bigger purpose career-wise,” she says. When the timing was right, she found that purpose in real estate.
A Re/Max Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame and Platinum Producer award recipient, Davis has maintained Chairman’s Club status for the past 12 years.
