With over 20 years of experience in custom new-home construction and real estate, Cathy Craig joined Bernstein Realty in 2015 as a Realtor and has been the company’s top producer since 2017.

Craig’s extensive background in new construction and sales of luxury homes, both new and resale, has contributed to her success at the company. Through these roles, she gained valuable experience in every aspect of buying, selling and leasing properties. She has even handled lot sales, foreclosures and relocation services while mastering the art of design, home staging and negotiation.

“It is my duty to represent clients in all aspects of the process, and to be an essential advocate and resource for them — even after the transaction has closed,” she says. Craig helps clients buy, sell or lease homes in all areas and all price ranges. “I have a true passion for real estate,” she declares. “My clients’ satisfaction is a top priority.”

Craig is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, signifying documented sales performance in the top 10% of her market. “I am available to clients 24/7 and able to educate and advise them during every step of the homebuying or -selling process,” Craig says. While being Bernstein Realty’s top producer from 2017 through 2020, Craig has also received many monthly awards for her success in buying, selling and leasing with the company. She has received the Achievement of Excellence Award since 2016, making her one of the company’s top five producers every one of those years. Craig also received the honor of Custom Salesperson of the Year from the Greater Houston Builders Association in 2014.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Craig has lived in Houston for the past 30 years. She and her husband, Shayne, have three children.
