Closing more than 700 homes over the course of her eight-year real estate career, Natasha Simon is fully committed to getting her clients across the finish line — and she has a track record to prove it. As team lead of The Money Team at RE/MAX Generation, Simon serves buyers and sellers in Houston and the surrounding areas with a referral-based business. “Growing up in Houston and having a large, spread-out family has allowed me to intimately learn the vast majority of the markets we serve,” she says.
A former engineer for HP who practiced real estate on the side, Simon takes a calculated approach to the business, applying her analytical mind to negotiating the best deals for clients. “I fell in love with helping so many people becoming homeowners that I made the decision to start full time,” she explains.
Last year alone, Simon added 139 homeowners to the Houston real estate market and increased her 2019 sales by more than 61%. That earned her the No. 1 spot among the top 20 producers in 2020 by the Houston Black Real Estate Association. She also landed at No. 17 in Houston Business Journal’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Awards, and her profile in Houston Agent magazine ranked among the top 10 Who’s Who listings for 2020.
“My combination of closing experience with my solid knowledge base in new construction, resale, negotiations and lending makes me unstoppable,” says Simon, adding that her colleagues on The Money Team enable her to extend her reach and give her clients the attention they deserve. “I tell them that it won’t be the easiest process, but faith is required. As long as you keep your faith, I have enough to carry us through.”
