Concentrating particularly on the northern suburbs, including The Woodlands, Tomball and many others, Juarez and Guevara bring a combined 18 years of experience to their craft — and clients take notice of all they have to offer.

“I do not sugarcoat anything,” says Juarez of her straight-shooter style. “My clients know what to expect. They are purchasing one of the biggest investments of their life.” Both members of the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors, Juarez and Guevara bring a native-Houstonian perspective to how they cover different areas of town. “I grew up here and always knew different people in different parts of town, so I would go all over,” Juarez says.

Spanning single-family homes to investments, Juarez and Guevara have built a referrals-based business and have designs on assembling their own team as their reach and influence grow.

“It takes a special person to want to be in real estate and learn all aspects of a transaction,” Juarez says, while also highlighting the spiritual and personal growth she has experienced in the past year during the pandemic. “Looking back, I can say I am just grateful to be here right now.” For Guevara, the past year has reminded her of the importance of family. “I am very family-oriented,” she notes. “I treat them with respect and honesty, and that is how I treat all my clients.”
