Chelsea Engel, now chief executive officer, has been with Corcoran Prestige since 2016. She’s shaped its marketing, structure and agent development from the inside out. Her leadership style centers on empowerment, as she believes success happens when agents are given the space and support to rise.

Sloane Laswell, broker and director of compliance, started as an agent in 2018 and became a broker in 2021. Her journey from the field to leadership keeps her grounded and relatable. She helps agents master contracts, navigate compliance and negotiate with confidence.

Director of Sales Brett Hartman is a third-generation real estate professional with 22 years of experience. Known for his transparency and steady guidance, Hartman is a trusted advisor to agents at every stage — continuing his family’s legacy in the same building where his father and grandfather once worked.

Together, the team members have built a brokerage focused on education, training and high-performance systems. From mentorship and workshops to lead generation strategies, Corcoran Prestige aims to be a place where agents can grow, thrive and lead.
