Prior to becoming a home lending advisor, Justin Syfert started his career as a loan processor while gaining a complete understanding of the mortgage process. “My father mentored me early in my career and was gracious enough to allow me to work with him under an internship position, which provided me with a solid foundation and understanding of the mortgage industry,” he says.

A senior home lending advisor with JPMorgan Chase, Syfert has been in the industry for 23 years. Specializing in jumbo loans, self-employed borrowers, first-time homebuyers, FHA and VA loans, he also recently completed a licensing program by passing the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6, Series 63 and Insurance license exams. Given only six months to get fully licensed, he studied and passed each exam on the first attempt, while still continuing to work, produce new business and maintain his position as top producer as a home lending advisor.

Earning a national achiever status with Chase in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2020 and 2022, Syfert leads a team that includes a home lending assistant and a dedicated loan processor. “At the end of the day, as a home lending advisor, you just can’t fake knowledge and confidence in this industry,” he explains. “Being able to explain the process, while offering advice and solutions, can only come from having a well-rounded background and years of experience in home lending.”

Syfert is known to be very process driven and clear in his explanations to clients. While being accessible to his clients 24/7, he also enjoys spending time vacationing with his family, as well as watching his son play high school baseball and watching his daughter do high school cheerleading.  He is also a very active member in his church and volunteers in various technical arts roles, ranging from running media to producing.
