Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Gary Greene has expanded its reach to Lake Conroe with a new merger.

After changing franchises and a high-profile addition, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has announced another merger with a former Prudential Affiliate located on Lake Conroe.

The Lake Conroe office, which also serves Conroe, Willis and Montgomery, will add further coverage to Gary Greene’s network, which already includes 20 offices throughout Greater Houston.

The office was operated by Gary Richardson and Candace Joyner, and after the merger, Richardson will stay on as the office’s manager, while Joyner will focus on clients.

“All of our agents are excited and rejuvenated about the transition to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network,” Richardson said, adding that he is actively recruiting more agents and anticipating the incorporation of Gary Greene’s technological tools.

Richardson also said that the Lake Conroe office will focus on the influx of empty nesters to the area.

“We are seeing couples moving to Lake Conroe from The Woodlands, once their children graduate from high school,” he said. “After the kids are gone, they want the lifestyle of the serene Lake Conroe environment.”
