Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene will be merging its operations with ERA Bogany Properties, effective September 1, 2012.
As a result of the merger, Bogany’s office at 4710 Bellaire Boulevard will become the new home of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s Bellaire Market Center, and J.J. Molaison, the manager of Gary Greene’s Inner Loop office, will be responsible for the new market center.

Shad Bogany, who is the top ERA broker in Houston and one of the top ERA franchises in the country, will be joining the Gary Greene ranks. Bogany is an upcoming chairman of the Texas Association of Realtors, and he served as chairman of the Houston Association of Realtors in 2002; in 2004, he was named HAR Realtor of the Year, and also hosts The Real Estate Corner, a radio show on KCOH AM 1430 that has been on the air for 21 years.
Mark Woodroof “Excited” About Merger
Mark Woodroof, who co-owns Gary Greene with Marilyn Eiland, said he is looking forward to having Bogany join Gary Greene.
“Shad is highly respected within the real estate industry both as a Realtor leader and top-producing agent,” Woodroof said. “We are excited to welcome Shad and his associates to our team.”
Bogany was similarly optimistic in his comments about the merger.
