Cathy Hamlin has been named the new career development manager for Gary Greene’s Cy-Fair office.

Cathy Hamlin is pleased to join the team of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene as the new career development manager for the Cy-Fair office. Hamlin, an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, will be training and mentoring new agents. She will also be working with clients to help them with their real estate needs.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Cathy to our team,” Richard Guderyon, manager of the Gary Greene Cy-Fair office, said. “With over 10 years of licensed real estate experience, Cathy brings a wealth of valuable knowledge and expertise to our staff.”

Hamlin Will Use Her Experience to Help Clients and Fellow Agents

Hamlin currently serves as the 2013 Presidential Advisor and 2013 Finance and Budget Committee Chair for the Women’s Council of Realtors Greater West Houston Chapter. She also serves as the 2013 Finance and Budgets Committee Chair and is on the 2013 Investments Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors Texas State Chapter. Her involvement and hard work has not gone unnoticed, as the Women’s Council of Realtors Greater West Houston Chapter presented her with the 2012 Realtor of the Year Award.

A resident of Northwest Houston for 30 years, Hamlin has seen the changes that occurred and how the market has evolved. She shares this perspective and insight while working with both her clients and trainees.

Through training and mentoring, Hamlin’s goal is to help agents with the knowledge and confidence they need to better serve their customers.

“I was fortunate enough to have an agent-mentor when I was newly licensed, and I will never forget all that she did for me,” Hamlin said. “I want to give some of that experience back to our new agents. Anything beyond that is just icing on the cake!”
