Houston’s housing market is breaking record after record, according to this article from the Houston Chronicle. Home supplies are up for the first time in over a year. Inventory has risen to 3.4 months. At the same time, demand continues to soar. Sales on townhomes and condominiums have jumped by 29.3 percent, year over year.
