Gary Greene’s Lake Houston Office Adds Three Realtors

by Doug Pitorak

Hanna Riemer recently joined Gary Greene.

In a recent press release, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene announced the hiring of Realtors Hannah Riemer, Christa Hannemann and Raul Briceno to its Lake Houston office.

Riemer, a native of Houston who has lived in multiple spots across the city and a graduate of nearby Texas A&M, said a calm overcame her when she reached out to Gary Greene.

“The support, the focus on communication and education, the passion for customer service…their philosophy and mine were perfectly aligned,” Riemer said.  “I knew right away that this was the place for me.”

Likewise, Hannemann, who graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate, felt an immediate comfort when she initially met with the firm.

Christa Hannemann was recently added to Gary Greene’s team.

A resident of Atascocita, Hannemann said she aims to make the process of buying or selling a home as stress-free for clients as possible.

“I am very patient and genuinely care about satisfying the needs of clients who are buying or selling their home,” Hannemann said. “I understand that this can be a stressful time for them, and I strive to turn it into an enjoyable experience.”

Born and raised in Venezuela, Briceno moved to the U.S. in 2007 with a background in administrative work and an entrepreneurial spirit.

A native of Venezuela, Raul Briceno will build his real estate career with Gary Greene.

Having earned his associate’s degree in management from Lone Star College, Briceno intends to complete a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In the meantime, Briceno, who is fluent in English and Spanish, seeks to build his career in real estate, and he thinks Gary Greene is the right firm to help him do so.

“What I’ve liked most is the professionalism in both the people who work here and the marketing materials produced by the company,” he said.
