Realtor Venessa Holmes recently joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.

A quarter of a century ago, fueled by an endless desire to tour homes and attend open houses, Realtor Venessa Holmes decided to launch a real estate career. Apparently that decision has paid off.

According to a recent press release, Holmes is the newest member of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene’s Cy-Fair office. Holmes, who has garnered experience working in both residential and rural neighborhoods – such as rural Tomball and Magnolia – is excited about her latest endeavor.

“I am doing what I love,” Holmes said.  “I love working with first time home buyers, answering their questions, discussing neighborhoods, and best of all, seeing their excitement upon finally owning their first home. There is nothing like it.”

Richard Guderyon, manager of the Cy-Fair office, said Holmes’ familiarity with Northwest Houston and nearby rural neighborhoods played an influential part in the decision to hire her.
