Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has announced the addition of three realtors to two of its Houston-area offices. Kristin Wiseheart has joined the Champions office, and Silvia Higday and Dayna Simon have joined the Lake Houston sales team.
Realtor Kristin Wiseheart
Kristin Wiseheart, a former attorney, possesses sharp negotiating tactics and provides her clients with valuable guidance throughout the buying and selling process.

Before working in real estate, Wiseheart operated her own law office. As an attorney, she gained a large skill set that has been useful in helping her real estate clients.
“In both law and real estate, you have to earn your client’s trust and confidence, be compassionate to their needs and listen attentively, be proficient in researching and analyzing detailed data, and advocate effectively on their behalf,” said Wiseheart.
Wiseheart is an active participant in many community organizations and volunteers with local missions and ministry groups to help people in need. She has three children, ages 14, 16 and 19. Realtor Silvia Higday
Silvia Higday has always had a passion for real estate, and pursued it as a career because it felt natural to her to build a career doing what she loves most. Higday is fluent in English and Spanish, and believes that effective communication is key when facilitating the best possible experience for her clients.

Realtor Dayna Simon
Also joining the Houston Lake office is multimillion-dollar producer Dayna Simon, who has focused on the Kingwood/Atascocita market since the beginning of her real estate career in 2000.

Simon, who is originally from Louisiana, moved to Kingwood in 1997. Her familiarity with the region and extensive knowledge of Kingwood, Atascocita and the surrounding communities helps her identify the neighborhoods that are most suitable for her clients.
