Listings on the Houston Association of Realtors website will not only include Houston, but also statewide, the Houston Business Journal reported. HAR.com is ranked second among all real estate websites in Texas.

HAR becoming part of the ListHub expansion

The process is part of the ListHub expansion that will allow Realtors to post their listings on other industry sites under specific guidelines. According to the report, HAR wil be the first to participate in the network launch, making their website available as a publisher to all brokers who are part of ListHub-supported MLS markets across Texas.

Bob Hale, president and CEO of HAR, says the accuracy and integrity of the MLS content on HAR.com is of top importance, and the content will be “100 percent broker-authorized, and MLS accurate.”

Hale also said this will give the Real Estate Network “the need to compete fairly with third-party websites by offering broad exposure for listings across a wider geography of listing inventory and real estate brokers.”

ListHub, a West Virginia-based distributor of property listings and provider or performance metrics in real estate, is operated by Move Inc.
