David Weekley Homes Bring New Central Living Community to Spring Branch

The Central Living community will be a gated community located off I-10 at Westview and Silber. Westview Manor will feature 74 two- and three-story town homes and patio homes on 4.5 acres, designed with stucco, stone and brick. Homebuyers will have the opportunity to choose from a various floor plans.

Amenities include a community swimming pool and outdoor living area for residents, and is in close proximate to Memorial Park. Residents will enjoy easy access to major area roadways, including I-10, 290, 610 and Beltway 8.
