Inventory Intel: Bridgeland teams up with Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison to bring new units to Copper Breaks

by Kerrie Kennedy

Houston builders Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison have partnered with master planned community Bridgeland to bring two new developments to the Copper Breaks neighborhood.

Darling Homes’ Milestone Collection features 40-foot homesites with one- and two-story brick and stucco homes starting from the mid-$200s. The Modernist Collection features 60-foot homesites with 2,700- to 3,300-square-foot homes priced from the mid-$400s.

Taylor Morrison’s Endeavor Collection offers 60-foot homesites with four home plan options ranging from approximately 2,200 to 2,900 square feet and priced from the mid-$300s.

Copper Breaks is adjacent to the 25-acre Dragonfly Park, featuring a river, a fitness center with an exercise pool, leisure pool with beach entry, kayak launch, dog park and more. It is also within walking distance to Bridgeland’s schools and the future Parkland Village Center.

“We are excited to welcome two highly-acclaimed builders in Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison into additional neighborhoods in Bridgeland,” said Howard Hughes Corporation Executive Vice President Heath Melton in a press release. “These home designs perfectly complement the modern vision we have for our forward-thinking master planned community, providing unique, affordable homes along with all the attractive amenities Bridgeland has to offer.”

Both builders will begin pre-selling in Copper Breaks on June 17. Model homes are expected to be complete later this year.
