There’s a new community being built in Magnolia. Led by builders Devon Street Homes and Colina Homes, Rosehill Meadows will span 51 acres and include approximately 250 homesites, according to Ahmet Ozan from Devon Street Homes.

The new development will be split into two sections. The first section will include 120 lots and is expected to be substantially complete by early July, with model homes expected to be available this fall.

Rosehill Meadows will have landscaped parks, picnic areas and walking trails. Devon Street Homes will offer three- to five-bedroom homes from 1,454 to 2,883 square feet and pricing is anticipated to be from $220,000s to $300,000s. Their homes will include options such as covered patios, media rooms, home offices and more.

Colina Homes will offer two- and three-car garage plans starting at 1,427 square feet up to 2,377 square feet, according to Shelly Jenks, director of sales and marketing for Colina Homes. Prices will start at $225,990 and go up to $305,990.
