Real Estate Consulting ranked the 50 top-selling master-planned communities during the first half of the year, and 13 Houston-area developments made the list.
Among the top 50 master-planned communities, home sales have dropped 18% during the first half of 2022 compared to the same period last year.
The top-selling master-planned community in the country was The Villages in Florida, about 50 miles northwest of Orlando. It sold 1,500 units in the first half of the year.
