Leading real estate team Southern District Properties Group has joined Sotheby’s International Realty. The team is now independently owned and operated as Southern District Sotheby’s International Realty.

Southern District currently operates two offices in Brenham and Bellville, with plans to open a third in College Station. The team is led by owner Cari Goeke, a 20-year veteran of the Texas real estate industry.

Southern District surpassed $71 million in sales volume in 2022 and ranks among the best teams in Washington, Austin and Fayette Counties, according to RealTrends. The team was previously affiliated with Compass.

In their partnership with Sotheby’s International Realty, the members of the Southern District team will continue to serve South-Central Texas. Team members Alli Spivey White and Ashton Klinker service Harris County, including Houston, Tomball, Cypress, Katy and Hockley, as well as nearby Waller County and Brazos County.
