The Conroe master-planned community Grand Central Park has begun development on Deer Lake Estates, an enclave of luxury homes in the community’s South Village neighborhood.

Situated along Deer Lake, 16 lots are being offered, ranging in size from 75 to 80 feet. Custom home designs for those lots will be available from J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes.
