D.R. Horton purchased 92 homesites in the Indian Springs master-planned community in Crosby from Windy Hill Development. The builder will sell homes priced from $235,000.

Located off FM 2100 between Highway 90 and FM 1960, Indian Springs contains 600 lots. Windy Hill Development previously sold 115 lots to Lennar in August 2025, in addition to 75 lots sold to Lennar and M/I Homes last February.
