Houston-based real estate brokerage Nan and Company Properties announced the launch of a Sports & Entertainment Division. It will focus on the real estate needs of professional athletes and entertainers.
To kick off the division, Nan and Company also announced two inaugural listings: a $1.7 million Memorial Villages home from former Houston Astros player Yuli Gurriel and a $1.1 million Lamar Terrace home from former Houston Rockets player Garrison Mathews.
“Nan and Company Properties has serviced nearly every aspect of the real estate industry throughout Houston,” Founder and CEO Nancy Almodovar said in a press release. “With this new division we will serve a very important niche market that is a hybrid of real estate and luxury personalized services.”
The Sports & Entertainment Division is led Almodovar and three other specialized agents: Shelby Forbert, Kye Sampson and Jaime Dossett.
