Several Houston agents made the jump from their former brokerages to Compass during the month of May: Albert Cantu, Melissa King and the Residence HQ team. 

The new Compass additions cited technology, company culture and in-office support as the main reasons they decided to affiliate with Compass RE Texas.

The amazing Compass culture and zen mindset were major factors in my decision to join the leading luxury brokerage,” said new Compass agent Melissa King, who became a Realtor in 2017. “With all the buyers moving to the Houston area, I’m already working with like-minded agents to share referrals and take care of our clients moving in and out of the city.”

Albert Cantu joined the Park Place/Westheimer office in early May. He was previously with Nan & Company Properties. 

Melissa King joined The Woodlands office in late May. She was formerly with Corcoran. 

Residence HQ, a team, also joined Compass in late May at the Park Place/Westheimer office. Adam Khan and Miguel Fajardo are the co-principals and their former brokerage is Divvy.
