Nine model homes will be open for showings during Grand Central Park’s September Showcase, during which visitors can enter to win up to $500 in prizes.

The month-long event will feature models by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes. Models will be open for touring from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

“We really want people to explore Grand Central Park,” said Amanda Burke, director of marketing for the Conroe community. “There is so much to see — from our beautiful homes and The Lake House amenity complex to our many parks and City Central commercial district.”

Visitors at September Showcase can register at each model to win either a $250 Hyatt Regency Hotel gift card or a $250 Hand & Stone Massage gift card.
