Shea Angelle Coniglio started her real estate career in 2014 in the title industry, first as an escrow officer before becoming branch manager for a local title company in Houston. In 2021, she transitioned into lending, attaining her loan originator license and joining the Bonck & Baker team. Since joining, she has consistently been a top-producing loan officer, winning the team’s Producer of the Year award in 2022 after closing the most retail business; she is also known as the 10-Day Queen after closing the most 10-Day loans in 2022.
