Cross Creek Ranch and Cross Creek West, two master-planned communities in Fulshear, are hosting Give Back, Build Hope, a campaign benefitting local charities.

Both communities will make a donation to one of four Fort Bend charities for every home sold in November and December: Abigail’s Place, a Richmond based charity serving single mothers facing homelessness; Family Hope, which provides food, medical, rent and utility assistance in northern Fort Bend County; Fort Bend Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS), which raises funds for Fort Bend County Animal Services; and Reining Strength Therapeutic Horsemanship, which provides equine-based therapy and services to adults and children with physical, cognitive and emotional disabilities.

Both communities are also accepting donations of office supplies, canned pet food, toiletries, non-perishable foods, paper products, gift cards and more to give to the charities.

All homebuyers who purchase during the Give Back, Build Hope campaign will be entered for a chance to win $3,000.

“Expanding the Give Back, Build Hope campaign to include both Cross Creek West and Cross Creek Ranch led us to donating a record-breaking $35,000 to participating charities throughout the 2022 campaign,” Rob Bamford, general manager at both communities, shared in a press release. “We expect a strong showing this year, as well. We’re happy to support these essential Fort Bend Charities.”

Since its founding four years ago, Give Back, Build Hope has donated $75,000 to local charities.
