Highland Homes began sales on a new collection of 86 townhomes in Woodforest, a Montgomery master-planned community. They will be located in Kingsley Square, one of Woodforest’s final neighborhoods to be developed.

The builder will offer two floor plans under its City Series Collection: the Patios Collection and the Villas Collection. Both floor plans include three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two-car garages; floor plans in the Patios Collection also include front patios and/or side patios while the slightly larger floor plans in the Villas Collection can be flexed to fit four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

Townhomes in the Patios Collection start from the $410,000s, while those in the Villas Collection start from the $430,000s.

“These will be what I consider ‘lifestyle’ townhomes because they will be within walking distance of Pine Market and Forest Island — two popular destinations in Woodforest,” said Virgil Yoakum, vice president and general manager of the 14-year-old MPC. “Plus, the three-, four- and five-home configurations will create a more urban streetscape than what we have in Woodforest right now.”
